Children on the Animal Puzzle TrailBecome a nature detective and test your knowledge to solve clues and learn more about the secret wildlife found in the forest. You will be amazed at the number of animals you can find - but you MUST be quiet and move very slowly or you will frighten the animals away! Search very carefully, high and low, to find the animals in their habitats. Many of the animals are camouflaged and blend into their surroundings, so you will have to be'super' observant detectives - the clues will help!

Follow the map (which is available from the Visitor Centre) and read the clues to help find the hidden animals. Read the first clue and see if you can spy the animal! There are ten animals for you to track!

We want you to safely enjoy the puzzle trail, so please make sure you wear suitable footwear, as the ground can be uneven in places. Warm and waterproof clothing is advised.

Detailed information on all the walks is available at the Visitor Centre. Suitable footwear is recommended for the Miner's Trail and the Ridgetop Trail!
